BLUENETS POLICY AGAINST CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION (CSAE)
At BlueNets Community by iTalkYou COM LLC, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to the protection of minors and actively work to detect, remove, and report any content that violates our standards, in accordance with international best practices.
1. Automated Detection and Moderation
We use advanced automated moderation technology to analyze text, images, audio, and video uploaded to our platform.
These tools identify potential violations of our Community Standards and trigger automatic or manual reviews by our security team.
When content with a high degree of certainty of abuse is detected, it is automatically removed, without the need for human review.
2. Protection of the Moderation Team
We have strict procedures to limit the team's exposure to sensitive content.
Child sexual abuse cases are handled exclusively by our Child Safety Team, trained in safeguarding, forensics, and youth welfare.
These measures protect both our users and the mental well-being of our moderators.
3. Reporting and Community Collaboration
We offer easy-to-use tools so any user can report suspicious content from the app or website.
Reports of child sexual abuse can be flagged under the category: "Violence, Abuse, and Criminal Exploitation > Exploitation and Abuse of Children Under 18."
We work with allied organizations and trusted partners, who can report content directly to our team for priority review.
4. Action and Collaboration with Authorities
All CSAE reports are managed by our Child Safety Team.
We remove the offending content, block the accounts involved, and report cases to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through the CyberTipline platform.
NCMEC works in coordination with international law enforcement agencies. We respond to official requests for information in accordance with our Law Enforcement Guidelines.
5. Cooperation with Experts
We support the Voluntary Principles on Combating Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse Online, promoting a robust and unified response across all digital platforms.
We participate in joint training sessions with ICMEC (International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children), training officers and organizations in CSAE prevention and response.
We have specialized Content and Safety Advisory Boards that guide us in the continuous improvement of our policies and tools.
6. Transparency and Reporting
We regularly publish Community Standards Compliance Reports, which include data on content and accounts removed for violating our policies, including CSAE.
We use databases like the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) to proactively block links and keywords associated with child sexual abuse material.
